Personal data about the student is included on the score sheet. This will enhance the examiner’s ability to place pertinent information on the assessment report. This information includes:
Scoring procedures used by the test administrator are easily understood and quickly identifiable on the score sheet. The scoring of each test item occurs immediately following the motor response of the student. Some of the sub-test items require only a check mark, while others require a specific numerical recording. Statements are included that indicate when a specific test item should be deleted. The Upper-Limb Coordination section has a space for identifying whether the student performed the test item from a sitting or standing position.
